No referral is required to attend psychology sessions at Psychology with Colette Harrison.
However, if you wish to claim Medicare rebates, you will need a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and referral from your General Practitioner.
-
A Mental Health Treatment Plan is a plan prepared by your GP that may allow you to access Medicare rebates for psychology sessions.
Eligibility and rebate amounts are determined by Medicare, and annual limits apply. Please speak with your GP to confirm whether a Mental Health Treatment Plan is appropriate for you.
